We're looking for an experienced leader to drive our accelerator programs forward. You'll be responsible for designing and executing programs that help AI startups succeed, managing mentor relationships, and building a thriving community of founders.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute accelerator program curriculum and structure
- Manage relationships with mentors, investors, and partners
- Oversee program operations and ensure smooth execution
- Build and maintain relationships with portfolio companies
- Organize events, workshops, and networking sessions
- Track program metrics and success stories
- Collaborate with the team to improve program offerings
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in startup accelerators, venture capital, or startup operations
- Strong network in the AI/tech startup ecosystem
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience managing programs and events
- Passion for supporting entrepreneurs and startups
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
